Let’s Save the National Treasure in Our Backyard
 According to the Natural Estuary Program there are more than 2,000 species of plants, 600 species of fish, 300 species of birds, and 53 threatened or endangered species that inhabit the IRL for at least some portion of their lives.
Recent study puts the annual value of the IRL at $7.64 billion.
A healthy Indian River Lagoon is critical to the economic health for Florida.  A recent study funded by the Florida Department of Economic Development has placed the value to the five counties along the IRL at $7.64 Billion a year.
